  I have been going to West End my whole life but I have never experienced West End the way I have in these past few months. As a college student, it can be hard to find a pastor who connects with you and makes the Bible relatable to your everyday life, but that is exactly what Pastor Jay has done since he came to West End. He is one of the most energetic, passionate, and funniest people and I can guarantee you won't leave a service without having laughed at least once. My relationship with Christ has grown more in the past three months because of his leadership and I cannot wait to see how God is going to use Pastor Jay and our church to reach the city of Rock Hill. Whether you are a college student like me or a family new to the city and are looking for a church home, I encourage you to come to West End! You don't want to miss out on what God is doing because "a new day has begun at West End" and the best days are ahead of us!

  The first day that we attended West End Baptist, we connected quickly to pastor Scott Carroll and were impressed at how down-to-earth and friendly everyone was. We quickly met a great group of people our age and in similar stages of life and since then we have become fast friends with this great group. Don't expect to be bored at West End, the people there roll up their sleeves and are serious about Jesus. We have small children and are incredibly impressed by the nursery and the children's programs. Even the choir is professional grade but inclusive of the talents of the members of the church. We finally found a place where we can both relate and have the opportunity to contribute to worshiping God. We love West End.
